About us

At Aimz Fitness we are proud to offer our members a truly unique experience that's been developed from a passion for loving what we do. As well as a modern well equipped 24-hour access gym we also offer fitness classes. As an owner-operated facility, we offer our members a friendly welcoming community feeling resulting in a fun environment to hang out and work on their fitness goals.

Aimz Fitness was founded in 2012, initially focusing on small group fitness classes and personal training. The acquisition of the current Botany site on Chapel Road occurred in August 2016, allowing us to bring our passion and industry experience to the East Auckland community. Since then we have worked hard to improve and update the facilities including a major strength equipment upgrade, a new sound system for our group fitness classes as well as adding a functional training area and refurbishing the cardio room.

Our personal trainers will help you define your fitness goals. They take into account your current fitness level and discuss what you want to achieve through your workouts. While you may have some idea of the goals you want to set, a professional is able to help you break them down into smaller goals that are specific and realistic. Our trainers will teach you the proper way to perform each exercise movement in your routine. Learning how to perform exercises properly reduces your risk of injury and accelerates you towards your goals.

Our 24 access gives you the freedom to train whenever you want. With our increasingly hectic lifestyles finding the time to exercise isn't always easy. Shift workers, busy parents, or those who prefer to work out during off-peak times love taking advantage of our round-the-clock access. Secure member-only access and monitored video surveillance are in place for your peace of mind and Aimz Fitness is staffed with qualified trainers during peak times.
